Jacob Flores was a stand-out scholar athlete in the Ivy League, playing Center on Dartmouth's offensive line, and later earned an NFL roster spot as an undrafted free agent with the Green Bay Packers.  After his pro career ended, Jacob co-founded a linemen coaching academy in the Dallas/Fort Worth area called Trench University, where they’ve trained over 50 Division 1 linemen playing at colleges all around the country.

Chris Greisen, a graduate of Southern Door high school, was drafted by the Arizona Cardinals to in the seventh round of the 1999 NFL Draft. Later in his professional career, Greisen joined the Washington Redskins and concluded his NFL career with the Dallas Cowboys.
